GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER / VIDEO CALL
Send us an email, use our contact form or give us a call! Whether you're interested in an available puppy, an upcoming litter or just have questions, getting in touch with us is the first step. We will schedule a video call for you to meet your potential puppy, see their environment and ask us any questions! We love getting to know you because we want you to feel comfortable and informed through the entire process. We also love getting to know more about our puppies potential families and ensuring that they are going to a loving fur-ever home,
SECURING YOUR PUPPY
If you are ready to proceed after our video chat, we move on to the deposit, which secures your puppy. YAY! We will send over the deposit contract- which goes over all the important information you need to know. We will be available to you to answer any questions you have regarding the contract or deposit ! The deposit is non-refundable and applicable to your final purchase price. In the event you change your mind, your deposit is transferable to a future litter.
After your contract is signed and deposit is made, it’s time to get to know your puppy even more! We will send lots of photos and videos of your baby and keep you updated on how they are developing. We are always available to schedule a call or video call for you to check in as well!
TAKING YOUR PUPPY HOME / CONTINUED SUPPORT
When your puppy is 8 weeks old we will schedule their veterinary exam, which we encourage you to attend if possible. After they are given the all clear and are successfully eating dry food, we will schedule a date for you to pick up your puppy. We offer local pickup and also have delivery options available via car or flight nanny ( we will NOT ship a puppy in cargo.) You will review and sign your adoption contract and your final balance is due upon receipt of your pup.
All our puppies go home with a proper puppy pack send off* that includes their current food, everything you need to know about adjusting and caring for your pup and their shot records.
After your puppy is home, we are still here for you to answer questions and help in anyway we can. Your a part of the Baker Built Family FUR-EVER.
